  • Designed specifically for people with busy or analytically wired brains. In 3 consecutive sessions, you will learn how to help your mind and body be grounded in clarity, confidence, and peace. Give yourself the gift of serenity that lasts.

    $550/for a package of 3 sessions (each session 60 to 75 minutes long)

    Weekdays only, until 5pm Eastern

  • The chakra system is an Eastern look at the center of intelligence in the body. Week by week, we will practice specific meditations for each energy center, clearing them, balancing, and learning from our own intuitive wisdom.

    $1120 for a 7-week program

  • A package of 10 sessions (6o to 75 minutes long). Perfect for someone who is serious about meditation and wants to make it work for their life!
