Hi, I am Mayya Shveygert, PhD.
I spent many years in Life Sciences R&D, so working under constant pressure is very familiar.
As a Meditation Coach and Duke University-trained Health&Well-being Coach, I teach people who work on high-stakes projects how to reduce overwhelm and stress, and get back to being present, grounded, fulfilled.
Most of my clients work in tech, R&D, biopharma, and start-up environments, so knowing how to regulate daily stress levels is not a luxury but a necessity.
My unique coaching program offers:

Logistics
3 months (12 weeks, give or take) commitment
30-minute Zoom sessions, between 1 and 5 pm Eastern, Monday-Thursday, 10 am to 5 pm Fridays
$90 for a weekly session, $360 a month, for 3 months
