From Chaos to calm

Practical Meditation for People Who Work on High-Stakes Projects

Do you or your team work on high-stakes projects?

  • Stretched too thin, working under a constant time crunch, and juggling too many tasks?

  • People are “wired and tired” and exhausted from mental overload?

  • Does it seem like you are running in circles, and there is no end to it?

will everyone benefit from a vacation in a galaxy far, far away?

meditation for analytical minds

Hi, I am Mayya Shveygert, PhD.

As a parent of 2 kids who worked for 20+ years in Life Sciences R&D, I know the intensity of working in a high-pressure environment.

I lead meditation workshops for teams in STEM (tech, biopharma, R&D, engineers).

For those of us with analytical minds, our brains are trained to process information quickly and make data-driven decisions. We often struggle with traditional meditation techniques that involve emptying the mind.

I teach FlowState Meditation Method, which was developed specifically for people with data-driven minds, creating immediate results of inner clarity, calm, and fresh energy.

As Duke University-trained Health&Well-being Coach, I also offer private wellness coaching to individuals who want to take control of the amount of stress they face in their lives.

give your teams clarity and peace of mind

People Love Our Workshops

  • So Nice to Press a Pause

Thank you, Mayya, for organizing a meditation workshop for the inSeption Group. The feedback I’m receiving is so positive! It was so nice to press pause, at least for some time, from all of the incessant stream of so much thinking. I highly recommend Mayya and her practice!

    Brian Sulpizio
    Managing Partner, inSeption Group

  • Super Easy, Super Joyful, and Energizing

Mayya has conducted a meditation session for us at DroneDeploy! Wow, "It is actually super easy, super joyful, and energizing!" I thought to myself after completing the 90-minute "relax course".

It was an absolutely eye-opening experience.

I love the approach, its science, and the delivery method. I truly think some of those quick 60-90 second techniques will make a big difference in my day-to-day work full of meetings and an ever-changing pile of things on my to-do list!

  • Invaluable Addition to Workplace Wellness

Mayya provided two meditation sessions for our company. This year's session was held in the evening after a particularly stressful day. Mayya's voice was calming and soothing, and it helped all of us to "escape" and unwind. Mayya's ability to teach fast and effective methods for entering relaxation states makes her an invaluable addition to any organization looking to promote workplace wellness.

    Senior Director, Immunome

  • Thoughtful and thorough approach

Working with Mayya was a happy coincidence. A colleague connected us amidst the considerations for Mental Health Awareness Month, and from the very first email and phone call, Mayya was incredibly warm and pleasant to work with. While we planned our corporate meditation workshop with Mayya about a month in advance, her thoughtful and thorough approach led to clear expectations of the service she would provide, check-ins along the way, and ultimately, a wonderfully executed virtual event.

Mayya’s meditation and wellness philosophies and “Practical Meditation for Busy Minds” aligned so well for the professionals that work within our fast-paced, high-pressure company, resulting in lots of unsolicited feedback on how much it was enjoyed, appreciated, and will be used in the future. Thank you Mayya!

  • Feeling Relaxed and clear-headed

My company brought Mayya to my office where she led a lovely meditation class for a group of people with a wide range of exposure and experience with meditation. She did a great job tailoring the experience to such a diverse group, and afterwards I headed back to my desk feeling relaxed and clear-headed.

  • I Felt Enriched and Blessed

Mayya is a rare individual who has the spiritual energy and heart of a healer, weaving her authentically unique meditation teachings from years of personal experience and exploration. She provides a potent bridge between science and spirituality grounding her teachings as a pragmatic rational scientist with embodied knowledge and wisdom of the sacred material and ancient practices. I have felt truly enriched and blessed by her offerings.
